Shipping
Regular orders take 2 business days to process at our warehouse and will be shipped the following business day according to the method of shipping of our choice either USPS or UPS/FedEx.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for all personalized orders.
TRACKING
Upon receipt of your order we will email a tracking number with your invoice. You’ll be able to track your new Carolina Pet products arrival!
Returns
We want you to love our products as much as we do, but understand that sometimes a product doesn’t work out. You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the product meets our return policy standards.
To avoid problems with sizing before placing your order, please consult the size guides on each product page.
Any return that does not meet our return policy standards will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICY
You may return your unused product within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs can vary widely depending on type of item and shipping origin.

Products purchased from another source other than our website, www.carolinapetcompany.com must be returned through the original retailer.
