What is a self-warming cat bed?

A self-warming cat bed uses insulating materials that reflect your cat's own body heat back to them. Our PurrPadd® and Kitty Kuddler use self-warming polyester fibers, so there are no cords, batteries, or electricity required.

Is the PurrPadd® made in the USA?

Yes. The PurrPadd® has been made in our South Carolina factory since 1993. Each order includes a set of 2 pads measuring 20" x 20" x 1.5", and its patented electrostatic charge helps trap hair, dander, dirt, and dust.

What's the best bed for a cat that likes to hide?

Try the Kitty Kuddler Nesting Cat Bed. Its raised edges create a snug, den-like space (20" x 17" x 7"), and it unfolds into a 12" deep tunnel for hiding and play.

Are your cat beds machine washable?

Many are. Beds like the Sherpa Puff Ball and Round Stripe Pet Bed with Fur have removable covers you can machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Check each product page for specific care instructions.

Can my cat and dog share a bed?

Yes. The Sherpa Puff Ball Bean Bag Pet Bed fits cats of all sizes and dogs up to 80 lbs, and the Transformer Converting Dog and Cat Bed adjusts to multiple sleep styles for either pet.
