New Customers:

• Pre-Pay: We accept all major credit cards through PayPal
• Open Account: Please submit at least three (3) trade references with account numbers and contact infromation as well as banking information including the name and telephone number of your bank representative

• New Accounts: Pre-Pay
• Pre-approved Accounts: Net 30 Days

Drop Ship Fee:
$3.50 + actual UPS charge

Personalization:
$7.00 (up to 10 characters, including spaces and punctuation, in your choice of "Block"or "Script" embroidery)

Minimum Order:

• Drop Ship: One Bed
• Warehouse Ship: $500.00 at cost for initial order; $250 at cost for all reorders

Returns:

• Buyer's Remorse*: 15% restocking fee when return freight is prepaid - RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED
• Undeliverable (drop ship)*: 15% restocking fee when return freight is prepaid if we are provided with wrong address or shipment is refused- RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED

* Personalized products may not be returned or any reason unless we personalized incorrectly.
